• Develop and negotiate industry proposals with key stakeholders including the European Commission, the European Supervisory Authorities, the Central Bank of Ireland, various government departments and other stakeholders. • Participate in industry groups at a domestic and European level on issues including Data Protection, Sustainable Finance, Insurance Distribution Directive, Packed Retail Insurance-based Investment Products Regulation (PRIIPs), Anti-Money Laundering in addition to other regulatory developments. • Research, analyse and advise members on legislative and regulatory developments relevant to the insurance industry including; Data Protection, Sustainable Finance, Insurance Distribution Directive, Packaged Retail Insurance-based Investment Products, and Anti-Money Laundering. • Support various Insurance Ireland Committees and Working Groups by preparing an agenda, attend, minute, deliver industry updates and participate in discussion. • Respond on behalf of industry to various consultations launched by the Central Bank of Ireland, various Government departments, the European Commission, EIOPA and the Prudential Regulatory Authority on different regulatory issues.

• Responsible for completing the teams compliance quality reviews. • Assisting Manager with ongoing nationwide project to harmonise customer accounts with Central Bank of Ireland customer information requirements. • Advising over 70 Permanent TSB branches on various Anti-Money Laundering and compliance procedures.
