Dima is a software developer for the Java-Stack and UI components of the SBM product. Dima lead the effort to upgrade jQuery 2.2.4 -> 3.6. This was an extremely tedious and difficult project which took multiple months to complete. Completing this greatly grew his technical experience and value. Dima lead the effort to upgrade React 16.x -> 18.x, this was another challenging project with lots of details that was successfully completed. Dima was tasked with another major task of migrating SBM’s usage of AngularJS -> Angular. He was unable to complete this task, but was making good progress. Dima has also done a variety of work on the SBM Java-stack, most notable were his various Apache Tika parser upgrades. These are the major highlights, but he’s also worked on countless enhancements and defects both in the UI and Java-stack for the SBM product. Dima 's ability to work with others across the organization is very wide. He's got fantastic relationships with other developers and QA, as well as with SBM Support and Services folks. When necessary, Dima is quick to get on a call with customers to resolve many problems quickly. Over many years of service, he has worked on countless customer-related SBM cases. Dima is good at taking direction but works very well independently. I want to offer my highest recommendation for Dima; I believe he'll be an excellent addition to any software development team. On a personal note, I will miss working with him daily. He is a very good software developer and friend. I wish him the very best."
