• Modify and provide each student with a course syllabus that includes course objectives that are stated in terms of student learning outcomes, learning activities to achieve those objectives, method of evaluation, and an attendance policy that provides for reasonable absences in case of emergencies and illness.• Provide learning activities that stimulate student involvement, encourage reflection and critical thinking, and take into consideration different learning styles.• Evaluate students' work according to departmental standards through online course system (Blackboard).• Participation in the redesigning process for the student engagement app, which located in the Blackboard site • Teaching systems analysis classes and working with the students in their projects that include all phases of system and software development.• Meet scheduled classes or provide appropriate activities approved by the department chair according to the terms stated in the faculty contract• Accomplish working at the Blackboard online system to contact and work with students, and enhance the classroom instructions and CIS materials.

• Manage projects involving risk management, feasibility studies, systems analysis, design, development and implementation of new and complex systems.• Investigates and estimates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective solution for the systems design considering existing systems, available technology, the capacity and limitations of equipment• Develop a software structure and design to meet the system requirements. And assist in the supervision and preparation of logic flow charting• Provides technical documentation, and Coordinating and conducting training sessions and workshops for the operations/projects staff on MIS issues.• Working in close collaboration with the development, operations, technical support and other IT areas as appropriate throughout the development and installation processes.

• Co-ordinate with clients/Consultants to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes, also to complete the CRM project in time and quality including final project handing -over & documentation to the client/end user. • Analysing CRM system requirements. Review business procedure to determine the requirement for a software application system• Assist in the development and maintenance of Dynamics CRM and related systems• Installing or upgrading, testing debugs, and integrates computer programs modules• Conducting and designing training courses and preparing charts, tables and diagrams and creating SRS document to assist in analysing problems• Analyzes existing ERP system logic difficulties and revises the logic and procedures involved as necessary
