I have successfully obtained a PhD degree in Biosciences, on the topic of Wastewater treatment with microalgae and cyanobacteria.The projects that I have been involved during my work were aiming at establishing a circular economy in different industrial processes. The aim was to utilize different industrial liquid waste streams for the production of microalgal and cyanobacterial biomass and valuable compounds.
