A major facet of my role is the strategic management and execution of the SEED program. IBM Sofia Accelerator is an equity-free professional and deep immersion program, designed for startups, aiming to co-create new solutions for the enterprise market.The IBM Sofia Accelerator provides a 12-week intensive professional program designed to foster the development of solutions targeting the enterprise market (not limited to). The program targets companies that have already received funding in the post-Seed and Round A stages, with the ultimate goal of establishing enduring technology and business partnerships with IBM on a global scale.The program's objective is to furnish startups with industry knowledge and emerging technologies, enabling them to broaden business prospects and attract investor support. Upon program completion, each participating company will have the chance to showcase their work at an Investor Demo Day, which will be attended by angel investors, venture capitalists, IBM executives, media representatives, and prominent figures in the industry. Additionally, after graduation, IBM will make efforts, where feasible, to promote these solutions and support the companies in expanding their international sales on a global scale.

As a Technical Team Leader for the Customer Success and Quality Assurance team, I am responsible for managing a team of technical specialists who work to ensure customer satisfaction and success with IBM's products and services, the team is also responsible of quality assurance testing which ensure that our products and services meet IBM's standards for quality and functionality. I work closely with product development teams to ensure that software releases are high quality, meet customer requirements, and are delivered on time, I also work with other departments, such as sales, to ensure that customer needs are being met and that our products and services are meeting customer expectations. I develop and implement processes and workflows to ensure that technical support queries are handled in a timely and efficient manner. I also monitor and track customer satisfaction metrics, and work with the team to continuously improve our customer success processes and strategies. As Squad lead I am providing technical expertise and guidance to the team, including troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing guidance on best practices for using IBM's products and services.

I am part of the Project Management Office within Emerging Technologies and Innovation department and Information Analytics team. IA is focused on supporting the Technical Services strategy through new internal and external offerings in business intelligence, automation and cognitive services. I am supporting the deployment and impact tracking of these new analytics products and services. I am planning, executing and tracking product deployments according to scope, schedule and budget. Collaborating with account teams and the development teams. I am actively communicating progress and roadblocks to project stakeholders and the responsible IA leaders. As part of the PMO team, I am also ensuring quality throughout the product life cycle and showcasing TLS analytics capabilities to clients, and ongoing communication around project progression.
