My main focus was on Cognitive Restructuring. Working with my supervisor, Tajda Laure, I had the opportunity to enhance my skills in designing a digital intervention, which is cost-effective and easily accessible for every student who wants to make good use of this and prevent more serious psychological issues. Moreover, I had the chance to apply my knowledge and experience in research. I learned how to perform successfully both statistical and thematic analysis by taking into consideration multiple important factors that contribute to a scientifically comprehensive research project.
