Banking Business Unit Director
Current- Responsible for the operation of the entire Banking Business Unit- Defines priorities for the entire Service Management Office, Infrastructure, Apps and BOC teams- Responsible for delivering services to customers by MNS banking teams, within defined SLA and quality parameters- Defines KPIs for the MNS Banking Business Unit teams, monitors them and reports to the COO- Responsible for processes and procedures at the MNS FSI BU level- Central point of communication between MNS Banking Business Unit and the client, management and other teams- Participates in the recruitment process for MNS Banking Business Unit together with business unit team leaders and HR- Defines and organizes the knowledge transfer process within MNS Banking Business Unit, monitors and manages development plans for team members- Implements the strategy defined by management- Defines the size, expertise of MNS Banking Business Unit and all necessary resources to meet business needs and adopted strategies- In regular communication with relevant counterparts on the customer side- Coordinates with FSI Team Leaders to ensure the functioning of Banking Business Unit BU within the defined SLAs and quality levels- Oversees service delivery to clients, identifies and assesses risks, and identifies areas for improvement through a continuous measurement process
