-Manage and understand construction planning and scheduling-Ensure resource availability and allocation.-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, and the timely delivery of all product shipments to retail partners and distributors.-Establish and manage relationships between suppliers, logistics and manufacturing partners and any other relevant stakeholders.-Communicate efficiently with clients and suppliers to ensure the project will be completed on time.-Management and delegation of works to sub-contractors-Independently review potential design proposals and assess the likely impact and risks associated with constructing the works, under the supervision of a project/team leader-Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.-Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
