Dockland is my family’s business. Except from customer service duties I was involved with the production of the clothes and the management of the stores. Furthermore, I was responsible for the social media of the company.Through my analytical thinking and skills we manage to reduce expenses and increase sales. This was achieved by increasing our men’s collection and decreasing women’s collection, as the data showed that the biggest percentage of our costumers are males and they tend to buy more pieces at one visit compared to females.

Alongside with my studies I was working at this restaurant. I started as a waiter and gradually took over roles with more responsibilities such as the cash desk. The last year of my employment at this restaurant I was promoted to a manager and I was responsible for the supplies, the other members of the staff and the smooth operation of the restaurant.
