Client Success Manager
CurrentResponsible for managing the success and satisfaction of the clients' using our CPQ and document automation solutions and ensuring they are receiving the value they expect. Including regular check-ins, follow-up on outstanding issues, and ongoing support and guidance.Conduct regular business reviews and account assessments to identify growth opportunities and address potential challenges.Being the voice of the client within the company, and is responsible for communicating client feedback and requirements to product and development teams.Monitoring client satisfaction and working to resolve any issues that may arise.Work closely with other teams within the company, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client success and support the growth of the business.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, tailoring solutions to drive positive outcome.Cross-selling and UpsellingRenewals and Contract Negotiation
