This role is responsible for managing projects according to AGILE-Sprints methodology and all operational activities related to product development mainly on the elements of project management, quality assurance testing, requirement gathering and conducting product training sessions.Duties and Responsibilities:- Supporting the Product Manager to achieve the milestones defined on the Tech Roadmap and Project Plan.- Managing and coordinating development teams on execution of tasks according to standards defined by the Product Manager.- Ensuring adherence to timelines on a daily basis by monitoring completion of tasks. In addition, identifying and resolving or escalating blockers or potential risks which causes delays or hinder the project progress.- Coordinating and updating of all Project Management system and tools to ensure an accurate representation of project progress and QA failures at all times.- QA testing of all new releases on all platforms done by the development teams based on the business logic, user flows and acceptance criteria defined by the Product Manager.- Supporting Product Manager on product development-based requirement gathering activities- Supporting alignment or revisions to business processes, based on requirement gathering activities.
