Manager Trainee

Filing and sending all claim through several insurance companies. A wide range of insurances accepted . Scheduling exams and surgeries. Coordinating pre-treatment estimates, confirmations, keeping the office on time, filling in as an assistant as needed, liaison between the patient and insurance company . Certified for x-ray , developing and mounting and duplicating films. In charge of ordering supplies. Drafting letters to patient's with correspondence through the office. Financial responsibilities, billing, posting payments and weekly balancing deposits.

Perform x-rays on Patients, transport patients to and from department, input and edit orders, fluoroscopy, OR training with C Arm, portables in ER, and on floors, ER experience with x-ray.

Assist the Technologist in performing exams, helping with movement of the patient and setting up the room, cleaning the room, stocking and emptying laundry, getting patients changed for the exams,and using the computer system to edit orders, charge out patients, and input orders.
