Denmark’s leading online shopping network (flash sales) acquired in 2016 by Europe’s largest player in the industry, Vente-Privée Group with +72 million members and +4bn EUR turnover. - Key role in relation to the company’s divestment process (change of ownership) in 2016, leading to the timely and successful execution of the transaction and further led to me being assigned significant responsibility in the subsequent integration into the Group. - Representing three departments in weekly management meetings and semi-annual board meetings, and de facto Country Manager for full DK team for four months. More info in below sections.Other responsibilities:- In sourcing function until 2018 both negotiating contracts and deals, and planning sales with partner brands.- In charge of the purchasing of brand stock with budgets up to 500K DKK/sale.- Wide range of ad hoc financial, strategic and business development tasks. - Ambassador and spokesperson for Denmark in project of Northern-European Region focused on the employees and Group-wide cooperation- Coordinator and country representative in the event committee.

Team of 2 FTEs.• Key responsibilities: Hiring, feedback and performance reviews, capacity planning, optimization, Trustpilot initiatives, optimization and alignment of flows across markets, establishing and meeting budgets and KPIs.• Key achievements: - Maintained 5 stars (4.5 rating) on Trustpilot and the highest NPS of the Group. - >95% response time <24hrs, recontact rate <10%.- Introduction of loyalty program to the Danish market.

Team of ~8 FTEs. • Key responsibilities: - Planning of ~1200 yearly local and internationally sourced campaigns. Weekly assessment meetings with Commercial Director, planning mix of brands based on commerciality and feasibility in presale production capacity.- Hiring, feedback and performance reviews, capacity planning, optimization, social media activities, negotiations with suppliers of services, optimization and alignment of flows across markets, establishing and meeting budgets and KPIs.• Key achievements:- Introduced new planning tool to the company juggling sales and resources.- Redesigned the workflow of creating and importing products efficiently into the system leading to significant time-savings.- Introduced performance measuring initiative to motivate employees, with very positive feedback. - Led the non-paid part of social media contributing to build-up of an audience of 80K followers on Facebook and Instagram.

Teams of 9 FTEs. • Key responsibilities: Hiring, feedback and performance reviews, shift planning, order flow, invoicing, inbound and outbound, supplier contact and negotiations, establishing and meeting budgets and KPIs, leading auditing status.• Key achievements: - Alongside daily operations, solely managed IT project of full stock barcoding and location management - a complete redesign and automation of a fully manual warehouse resulting in 100% pick/pack efficiency gain. - Design, development and implementation of new system for returns and damaged items for logistics management and financial accounting purposes.- Implemented offline inbounding system for goods reception that improved the system, maximized space utilization and increased efficiency in reception handling by 75% in 1.5 months.- Led negotiations with 3PL to provide outsourced logistics setup – negotiations and site visits of PrimeCargo, PostNord, SystemTransport.
