PANYNJ is preparing to relocate its corporate headquarters to the new 4WTC building located at 150 Greenwich Street.Mace has been retained to provide professional project management services to assist the Port Authority in the management and coordination of all aspects of the development and delivery of the planning, design, construction (administration and project close-out), and commissioning of the Tenant Improvement program, as well as the relocation of Port Authority corporate staff members from various locations throughout the States of New York and New Jersey to final occupancy within 4WTC.Mace's scope of services include design scope management during the development of several construction trade package documents; conducting Capital and Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment (FF&E) project budget management and cost control; ensuring project execution within approved budgets, scope, and schedule; managing the various commissioning processes; developing, coordinating and executing move management plans; and performing project closeout management.

Lev Hapark Residential Development - Petach Tikvah, Israel - Supervised the interior fit out of various apartments within the Lev Hapark development. One of the fastest growing bedroom communities of Tel-Aviv. The project consists of a total of 310 residential units in four 20-22 story buildings built around a 3.5 acre park. Each building has its own unique features and common areas which include a wine cellar, a music room, a children’s play room and/or fitness center.View & More Residential Development - Kadima Tzoran, Israel - Assisted with the marketing and financial analysis of View & More during the ‘presale’ phase of the project. The View and More project consists of four buildings located on the borders of the Ramat Amir neighborhood in Kadima-Tzoran. Each building is nine stories and comprises 4 and 5 room apartments with spacious balconies as well as elegant garden apartments, mini penthouses and penthouses with breathtaking views of the surrounding green landscape. Talbiya, Jerusalem Residential Property - Researched Jerusalem residential real estate market to aid in the design of the Talbiya Penthouse Apartments.

Marubeni America Corporation - New York, NY - Interior Designer/Project Manager for their American Headquarters' Fit Out project totaling $8M. Responsibilities: During the design phase, designed and space planned preliminary test fits; organized and drafted contract documents and color rendered elevations and plans for the fit out of the 90,000 RSF project. Created schemes of finishes, materials and furniture and presentation boards combining renderings, plans, elevations and sections for client review. During the construction phase, assisted with on site construction management, change order drawing revisions and final punch list walkthroughs.AXA Equitable - New York, NY - Interior Designer/Programmer for their NYC Restack project totalling $35.4M and 341,000 RSF. Responsibilities: Interviewed end users to confirm all requirements were included in design program. Space planned preliminary test fits to account for re-stacking approximately 15 floors into 4 full floors.Vera Institute of Justice - New York, NY - Programmer for Vera Institute's potential office relocation/renovation. Responsibilities: Interviewed clients and compiled space analysis programs to provide tangible data to allow Vera Institute to make a decision on whether to relocate to a new space or remain and renovate their existing location.
