Ron joined Oracle, where he was the Director for the Austin campus. He assisted during the campus development with operational efficiencies with Phases 1 and 2. Ron had oversight of the Campus consisting of 915,00 sq ft / 4700 seats of office space with a fitness center and food services operations, three apartment complexes, and a Property Owner.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Ron worked at Billingsley Company, overseeing the company's portfolio of office and retail suburban properties, managing tenant relations, and attracting new tenants. His responsibilities also include oversight of the single-family residential developments. Ron was also involved in the construction process of new buildings.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Directed the leasing and management of a portfolio of approximately 5 million square feet in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and New Orleans. Ron served as Senior Property Manager for The Crescent the flagship property of Crescent Real Estate Equities where he had oversight of day to day operations and management for the 1.2 million square-foot complex including the office, retail and parking garage operations. Once in Dallas Ron joined Grubb & Ellis and took over management of a 2.5 million square feet portfolio of office buildings for the Archon Group. Ron was the client contact for Archon and he had approximately 30 management and maintenance employees reporting to him.

Houston, Texas

Prior to moving to Dallas, Ron was with Hines Interests Limited Partnership in Houston for 4 years where he was on the management team at Transco Tower (1.5 million square feet) and completed the Hines Management Training Program. He was then moved to Pennzoil Place (1.4 million square feet) management team and work on a $25 million building moderation.
