1. *Evaluation and Planning:* - RBI (Risk-Based Inspection) assessments, the RBI has evaluated the piping circuits. - Simultaneously, further actions are to be taken for RBI workshops, inspection planning, mitigation planning activities, and asset register management.2. *Scheduled Work Packs:* - Preparing scheduled work packs with a set of different inspection techniques for piping circuits.3. *Review and Recommendations:* - Reviewing inspection reports of piping circuits and pressure vessels. - Investigating UT (Ultrasonic Testing), RT (Radiographic Testing), PAUT (Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing), and LRUT (Long-Range Ultrasonic Testing) inspection reports. - Calculating corrosion rate, remaining life, minimum required thickness, and determining the next inspection interval using the Veracity tool. - Providing end-of-life equipment or component replacement recommendations.4. *Anomaly Detection and Monitoring:* - Performing anomaly detection after calculating the remaining life analysis (RLA) of circuits. - Creating an anomaly profile for the respective circuit. - Based on criticality, giving recommendations to the client for future monitoring and replacements during turnaround maintenance opportunities.5. *Inspection Report Reviews:* - Conducting initial and detailed reviews of inspection reports for remaining life analysis of units.

Working as an Inspection Engineer (Piping & Static Equipment) in Technical Department – Inspection division for HPCL-Visakh Refinery under the payroll of Cosmos Engineering Projects Services PVT LTD.Project: DHT-HGU Unit,FCCU-II, Unit, Cooling tower ,Pressure vessels,36” crude line, Pre T&I of piping loops and offsite shipping lines inside the HPCL Refinery, Visakhapatnam.
