Assistant Manager
Current- Coordinate with the hiring Managers/ BU Heads to understand all key job functions and qualifications required for each open position.
- Articulate required candidate attributes, career value proposition, market positioning, and compensation/relocation parameters
- Leading the IJP process within the organization.
- Source candidates actively by posting jobs on external job boards like LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and all industry-specific job boards.
- Pre-screen candidates to determine if they meet the minimum qualifications for the position.
- Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging experience with competing for top technical talent.
