• Oversee the training and implementation of new SOP to Last Mile teams.• Identify and conduct a regular learning needs analysis with functional heads to determine gaps to propose & roll out process improvements.•Design and conduct internal and external trainings. Prepare educational material such as module summaries, presentation, videos etc• Work closely with regional team in assessing training needs and developing training plans for the organization• Deliver on-going trainings for internal employee, and conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement• Develop learning strategies and learning methods (coaching and on-the-job training) in line with the business needs to enhance employees’ performance and development.• Conduct needs assessment, module planning, and delivery of field operations training / upskilling.• Monitor and update training programs, materials, and manuals to ensure effectiveness and to meet specific training needs.

• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media and conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.• Responsible for screening resumes candidate to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements. Then move chosen candidates on to the next step in the hiring process.• Responsible for conducting initial interviews, which are then used to narrow the number of potential candidates who will be interviewed by the hiring manager. Often times, will set up interview appointments between the chosen candidates and the hiring manager.• Processing paper work and progress in terms of recruitment, industrial relation and staffing. Called upon to coordinate the reference and background checks. Responsible for conducting reference checks by verifying employment information.
