Responsible for all aspects of full life-cycle recruiting and ensuring recruiting and hiring practices comply with DOL employment laws. Responsible for developing cost-effective, creative strategies to attract and identify qualified candidates while implementing processes for effective external recruitment of both technical and non-technical employees. Collects and analyzes data to refine recruitment strategy on an ongoing basis and identifies new resources based on organizational strategies and anticipated skills requirements. Work closely with hiring managers and senior management to proactively assess staffing needs. Participates in the proposal process by identifying, interviewing and extending contingent employment offers to qualified candidates. Managed and directed subcontractor both pre- and post-award in regards to staffing. Key contributor in the transition period and assured a successful and smooth conversion. Developed and maintained strong professional relationships with external client and incumbent staff. Responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job postings, advertising, employee referrals . Establishes and fosters relationships with professional associations in addition to selecting and managing recruiting agencies as supplement resources. Produces weekly and quarterly reports detailing the staffing progress and hiring trends.
