Foster collaboration and cross-functional communication. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and project objectives. Address clients concerns and ensure alignment with project goals. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Mitigation of critical issues by liaisoning local authorities and clients Responsible of Contract Closure for Power & Highway Projects Preparation of Contractual Claims viz. Change In Law, Force Majeure, Target Traffic Shortfall etc. Risk Analysis during implementation of Project Contracts Drafting contractual letters to Client/Consultant and notify the Delays, Claims, etc., and communicate all contractual matters on time. Implementation of the contracts in stipulated timeline and within allocated budget Develop and execute project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Implement effective time management strategies to optimize project efficiency. Monitor project timelines and take corrective actions to address delays. Prepare, monitor and tacking of cashflow statements based on the BOQ & baseline program. Reconciliation of the free issue materials at site. Preparation of BOQ as per IS 1200 & SMM7 Actively involved in preparation of Statement of Claims, Statement of Defense & Rejoinder Coordinated with legal team for filing Section 9 against Termination of Concession Agreement. Preparing draft reply for filling by the Counsel to the pleading filed by the claimant under section 34 of Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996. Preparation of Contractual Claims viz. Extension of Time, Change In Law, Force Majeure, Target Traffic Shortfall etc. Undertaking Road Safety Audit (O&M Phase) and preparing reports as per IRC SP 88 2019.
