Recruiting Assistant
Current• Provide administrative support to Human Resources department of the organization• Maintain good relationship with all candidates, employees and corporate clients• Maintain the internal CV-s database• Preparing offer letters for new hire• Preparing Exit letters • Preparing and maintaining employee personnel files for all joiners and ensuring complete documentation within the defined timelines.• Follow up for pending documents from the employees and appropriate action on defaulters.• Coordinating and planning Travel Arrangements for New Hires.• Liaise with Admin department to archive exited files and file audit periodically.• Preparing all types of HR letters (address proof, transfer, employment proof, visa, probation extension etc) and closing the queries on time.• Scanning and sending relevant documents to FADV and ensuring BGV process closure from end to end as per defined TAT.• Auditing and Updating documents related to critical employee experience e.g. Reimbursments , Referral etc .and other statutory compliance with regards to PF etc.• Resume formatting from different stake holders• Resume upload on Lotus in candidate profile tool• Support US staffing team for different projects • Responsible for SOX Compliance Execution.• Handling Internal as well as external audits for HR related activities. Coordination with internal and external (E&Y and PwC) auditors.
