1. Compliance of “Project Safety Plan” for the NPCIL(Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited) - RAPP(Rajasthan Atomic Power Plant).2. Conducting Weekly EHS Walk Through along with Client EHS team.3. Conducting Monthly Safety Committee Meeting and Monthly Sub-Contractor Meeting.4. Organising First Aid Training by Third Party for implementation of safe system of work.5. Celebrating and organised Safety Month Programs for workmen.6. Conducting EHS Awareness Training for new employees & workmen.7. Organising Monthly Safety Motivational Program for workmen to boost motive of workmen.8.Implemented Safety Induction Procedure, workmen screening, Medical Check-up for all workmen.9. Preparing Monthly EHS Activity Schedule and EHS Training Schedule. 10.Periodic EHS Inspection & Audits.11. Reporting incident / accident / dangerous occurrences/Near miss.12.Issuing Stop Work and Memos to concerned Area In charge & sub-contractors for unsafe practices observed.13. 1. Maintain the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 documentation and implementation.2. Coordinate for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 audits – Internal & External 3. Closure of NCRs within target date.4. Conduct EHS Committee Meetings at specified intervals.5. Monitor selection, use and care of PPE and other safety equipment used in the project and educate to the work force on the use and care of the above terms.6. Preparing checklist for different nature of job based on risk assessment.7. Carrying out inspection of Fire extinguishers, First Aid boxes, Hand tools, Power tools, Lifting apparatus etc8. Ensure adherence to EHS Requirements at Workplace as per Legal and Organizational Requirements.9. Identify Unsafe Conditions and Unsafe Acts, initiate Corrective Actions and follow-up with respective Functional Heads for effective implementation of Corrective Actions.10. Ensure PTW (Permit to Work) System is effectively implemented.11.Record and report all Near-miss Cases, First Aid Cases, Non-reportable / Reportable Accidents without undue delay.12. Organize Third Party Safety Inspections (by Competent Person) and Environmental Monitoring at specified intervals as per Legal Requirements.13.Provide data for Corporate EHS Reviews
