At present I am working at NOCCi as a Program Executive responsible for organizing district and state level events . Travelling ,Liasoning with Govt bodies, Networking,Public Relations are the part of my job.Before that I was working as Hr.Recruiter for 2 Coms Consulting Pvt Ltd, a recruiting company focused on recruiting Staffing & Training for the recruitment industry. In this role I lead the company’s recruiting efforts under the supervision of TL, overseeing a team of four recruiters to meet our targets. Our most exciting work to date was job posting and campus drives to different colleges & job fairs that generated enormous recruitment and was key to the successful recruitment. Not only did we have fun creating that campaign, but also we found it rewarding to see the results.Before joining 2Coms consulting , I worked for OZ Telepro Services Pvt Ltd as Admin Executive — –- and was lucky enough to work with amazing airfare packages.I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with Human Resource Department. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part.
