Job Profile: Senior Process Associate (Accountant) (UTME).Preparing Bank Reconciliation on a monthly basis and posting Bank transfers, charges, Interests and follow up with AP and AR teams to post their respective bookings.Reconciliation of General Ledger accounts on a monthly basis and updated the comments and doing the follow- up.Preparing Tax reports and following up with the territory to make payments.Preparing weekly and monthly reports that provides as a supporting for auditors on accounting.Analysis of the open items during reconciliation with supporting documentation.Process training to new joiners.Worked on major reports like Operational report and Financial report (Territories worked on Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Singapore).Preparing Accruals for Revenue and Expenses on monthly basis, on interaction with sales, marketing and AR team.Worked on intercompany payments.Analysis on royalty to be paid to regional office / Home office.Proving supporting and analyzed reports on auditor’s request.Analysis and payment entries for Management Fee and Distribution fee. Individually handing complete accounts for Thailand and also few auditors and accruals accounting for Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Singapore.Allocation for MIS, Real estate, Professional fee, Distribution fee etc.Achievements: Have received best performer award for processing more than 700 journals in a month.Have studied the process on tax entries and provided ideas that have saved 2 days time.Have received appreciation from N+1 manager, N+2 manager, VP Manager and Clients for timely completion of task on quarterly tasks with heavy work load.Timely completion of work and have pitched into activities of other territories.
