 Leading the Kronos team in the current project Solve/fix the incidents which are raised by customers on Kronos via ticketing tool Handle the configuration changes as per client requirement. Maintaining contact and coordinating with client site team manager & the site’s payroll managers. Configure employee access and defining security rights which are raised as service requests. Monitoring the clocks communication on a daily basis to see if they are communicating with the server properly and upgrade the clock firmware if required. Configured various complex Kronos WFC business rules (payrules, workrules, zones, overtime rules, paycode distribution rules & so on) as per the requirement. Configured Holidays / Holiday Credit rules. Configured Function Access profiles / Display profiles / Logon profiles based on the role & access rights of the users.  Created & modified the Workforce Genies as per client requirement. Created Custom reports as per the client’s needs. Transferring the setup related data from one server to another server using Kronos record manager. Updated the WFC licenses when required. Configure/Modify the WFC Connect Interfaces as per the client requests. Run the specific reports for the auditors by understanding the customer requirement. Create user manuals for payroll managers/supervisors & Kronos users to make sure they do not face any problems while performing the daily activities on Kronos application.
