Planning, Delivery and Budget Management• Develop and maintain programme, create project methodologies, track budgets and delivery for maintenance activities as required. • Management and reporting of financial performance of the projects being delivered, daily, weekly, monthly as required. • Price and deliver external projects. • Determine project methodology and delivery plan.
