Dinesh Semwal founded Ensavior Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2011 on the belief that smarter and healthier buildings require high performance engineering solutions by adopting best engineering practices with a special emphasis on Economic, Environmental and Social Sustainability. As a full-service Design, Engineering, Sales, Maintenance, and manufacturing company, Ensavior offers various products and services in Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning (HVAC), Public Health Engineering (PHE), Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and Fire. He has brought about a new level of sustainability in the industry with his hands-on experience in commissioning large projects, design, service, programming, and maintenance. Dinesh is a first-generation entrepreneur who has managed to build one of the most notable building services companies in the country in less than a decade.He has played an imperative role in providing momentum to Ensavior by growing and diversifying the company from trading to manufacturing that has helped company in establishing enduring relationships with customers from various sectors including commercial, housing, retail spaces, industries, airports, Metro rails, IT parks, Hospitality, Healthcare facilities and schools. His presence is instrumental in expanding the company’s clientele across India by providing services to Qualcomm, Amazon, Tata, SAP, Google, Coca Cola, Genpact, Government Institutions, IIT Delhi, Schneider Electric and many more leading brands in their respective industries. He has been at the forefront in building the group’s vision of providing smarter and healthier high-performing engineering solutions to the world. Under his leadership, Ensavior has successfully introduced and implemented the concept of Stratified Chilled water storage system that helps reduce building’s environmental impact in terms of saving energy, facilitating renewable energy, reducing greenhouse gases, and delaying or eliminating the need for more fossil fuel power plants. This system is in high demand for district cooling plants and of paramount importance to the data centers for maintaining high uptime. Before establishing Ensavior, Dinesh held senior leadership positions where he was involved in Designing and promotion of Concepts and Systems pertaining to Energy Conservation, Building Automation, Ventilation, Energy Storage, and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). His knowledge and experience in the industry have aided Ensavior in building a leadership position in the Indian HVAC industry today.
