Administration works, preparation and maintaining the time sheet of staffs. Fully responsible for all accounts and administrative works (handled independently), maintained staffs attendance, leave status, staffs Personal records (CV, qualifications documents etc.). Making co-ordination with Head Office & Team Leader Office. Payments to various suppliers, cash handling, caretaker of office & guest house premises and equipment, allocation of vehicles for site movement as per the requirements. Data Processing (analysing, interpretation & compilation) for preparation of daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reports of the project including correspondence works, Keep records of project site. Working on Projectwice Software (Uploading Letter, MoM, MPR, QPR, Comment Sheet, Transmittal etc.)
