Dinesh founded DTalent Advisor in 2018 to work with clients on HR and business advisory . Earlier, for 5 years till April 2018 , Dinesh led the Executive Search business of Gi Group i.e. EXS in India. In addition, he also led Business Development for Project based Recruitment, Recruitment Process Outsourcing ( RPO ) and Managed services for Gi Group,India. With 28+ years in Professional Services and Hospitality, Dinesh has earlier worked at Korn/Ferry and Adecco; in addition to the global hospitality major, Choice Hotels International.He has partnered with clients across sectors and geographies,led and delivered successfully on single searches, large projects and Recruitment Process Outsourcing/Managed services. He has provided consulting on Executive search,staffing, organization mapping, compensation & benefits benchmarking, Sectoral trends and skills and Employer branding. In the last 20 years,Dinesh has successfully concluded over 800 searches across sectors & industries globally at the middle management to senior management/CxO levels.Prior to Gi Group, Dinesh was with Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry Co. for over 7.5 years. Being one of the two founding members of Futurestep-India,he developed new business & executed Searches,projects and RPO/Managed services across sectors(Industrial,Energy, Life Sciences, Convergence,Technology, Professional services, BFSI, Consumer & Luxury Retail).He also setup offices and identified talent in Gurgaon, Mumbai & Bangalore along with Country MD.Dinesh began his career in 1995 as a Mgmt Trainee at Choice Hotels Intl & rose to be the youngest Regional Sales & Marketing Mgr.He worked in New Delhi, Chennai & Bangalore and was awarded the "Manager of Most Profitable Regional Sales and Marketing Office, Bangalore" for 2 consecutive years.
