1. Responsible for all the Operations and Production job in India and South Asian Countries.2. Client Servicing is major part of my job, Managing 3 Major Clients of Company.3. Responsible to monitor the cost of the vendors time to time. 10. Achieving Team targets by minimizing internal costs.11. Responsible to go personally on event setup and also to be present at the time of event to ensure the event goes smooth without any complaint from client.12. Very Good relations with Banquet team of 5 star and 4 star properties across India , which help in maintaining lower rate and quick availability of venue.13. We managed to get the Guinness World Record for Microsoft in 2012 , Bangalore .

• Independently handling complete marketing operations for Philips Lighting Solutions.• The role includes business development (lead generation) across North India for Philips, managing tele-calling team, maintaining sales reports for the region and, corporate tie-ups.• Successfully generated business from big builders like DLF, Parsvnath, Ajnara, Proview Construction etc. and with housing loan companies like Kotak Mahindra.• A single point of contact for the client catering to their immediate and ongoing needs, maintaining the highest level of satisfaction by problem solving, liaison and relationship building.
