I inspect technical instruments used in the field of Air Sampling before they are shipped off to customers. I have updated all QA/QC procedures and adopted a common format for easier inspection of any instrument. I created a new manual that is in use for everything that flows through the QA department. I inspect all cabling and program all hardware to ensure it is in perfect working order. The use of troubleshooting skills is used in order to diagnose any and all issues that arise. Use of voltmeters, test cables and software is required in order to find any issues.
