Marketing: 1. Full experience on marketing campaign plan and execution, e.g. UK Investment Forum, China Outbound Investment Summit, China 60 Launch, CRE Survey.2. Project marketing for Poly International Plaza, Nuo Center, Red Sandalwood Plaza, Berkeley etc.3. Develop 3D map, Hawk, Office Leader and other marketing tools to support business lines.4. Utilize Economist, China Open sponsorship events to develop business opportunities. Organize co-marketing events with clients, AmCham, institutions and embassies.Branding: 1. Plan and deliver annual branding promotion campaigns, such as JLL China 20th Anniversary Ceremony， JLL branding revamping etc.2. Maintain VI system. Be in charge of creating and reviewing the marketing materials.3. Be in charge of operating corporate website, Weibo and WeChat.4. Be responsible for internal branding promotion, leadership roadshow, leadership message and staff training.PR: 1. Connect with 100+ media. Be in charge of media briefing, interview, PR crisis. 2. Organize spokesperson training and internal media training.
