- Response to vendors enquiries regarding invoices received.- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.- Process out payments according to financial policies and procedures.- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendors statements.- Generate reports detailing accounts payables status.

- Issuing bills, invoices and tax invoices.- Make sure the invoices is in accordance with the PO.- Send invoices according to the invoice schedule.- Maintaining the billing system.- Allocating All Billing.- Check and reconcile monthly AR Balance data.- Follow up for outstanding bills to clients.- Perform billing document archiving neatly.
