• Build, maintain, and foster long-term relationships with both clients and candidates• Partner with hiring managers, locally and remotely, to determine staffing needs and create a recruiting plan that aligns best with their business strategy and budget• Identify, attract, and acquire high quality candidates by sourcing, utilizing behavioral based interviewing techniques, and leveraging talent networks• Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders• Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters• Responsible for initial interviews and introductory conversations, serving as the first point of contact for candidates.• Responsible for managing the entire interview process from sourcing to interviewing to closing the candidates.• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work well in fast-paced results-driven environment with competing demands.• Support core HR processes, such as performance management and compensation planning.• Proactively respond to employee questions regarding employee relations and company policies.• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and company guidelines regarding matters of employment law and regulation.• Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee data and make recommendations to management accordingly.• HR services like day-to-day people operations, HR administration, onboarding, benefits and payroll assistance for Finance
