Project Reboot is a guided digital detox program designed to help teens reset their tech habits. The program started as a semester-length course at UC Berkeley, where it helped 110 students reduce their screen time by an average of 3.5 hours per day. Today, Project Reboot is primarily run in middle & high schools via an assembly and a one-week digital detox challenge with in-class activities.

- Worked as the sole manager for Coursedog’s Catalog Management product. Guided the product from its infancy to an industry-leading CMS that is being deployed at institutions across the country.- Oversaw the implementation of the product for all 25 campuses at the City University of New York, the nation's largest urban university (274,000 students).- Demonstrated and pitched the product on successful sales calls with clients such as Stanford University.- Collaborated with marketing and sales teams to identify market segments with high opportunity and position the product to align with their needs.- Organized and ran multiple training sessions with up to 100 users for Coursedog’s largest client. -Directly managed an intern through weekly meetings and assignments.

- Successfully ran the first implementations of the catalog product with Blueridge Community College and Dallas Baptist University. - Turned a product in its nascent stages with an unstructured deployment plan to a viable solution with a well-thought-out implementation methodology and two reference-able clients with net promoter scores of 10. - Organized and ran a webinar with a client that was used in a successful marketing campaign.- Performed extensive product research and wire-framed a future product.

Driven by my frustrating experience building my academic plan at Berkeley, BearTracks is an interactive academic planner that allows students to compare academic pathways, discover programs that they can add with a few classes, and collaborate with their peers to find their optimal path. - Designed a intuitive user experience through iterative wire-framing and user research - Developed front-end using React.js with no prior experience. All learning was through youtube videos and StackOverflow - Organized and managed a team - 1 of 100 teams selected out of 1,000+ applicants for Berkeley SkyDeck's HotDesk Startup Incubation Program
