Project Reboot

Project Reboot is a digital wellness initiative that helps schools empower students to build intentional relationships with technology. It consists of three core components: - Messaging: Our live talks and recorded material align students, parents, and staff in the battle against addictive technology and inspire collective action - Programming: Our 9-step, self-paced program provides students with clear actionable steps to retrain their tech habits - Student Leadership: Project Reboot clubs have been started at dozens of high schools and universities around the globe, including UC Berkeley, UCLA, and NYU The program started as a semester-length course at UC Berkeley, where it helped 110 students reduce their screen time by an average of 3.5 hours per day. Project Reboot can be launched with a live assembly by Dino Ambrosi, a TEDx speaker who has spoken to over 35,000 students across 5 continents, or via plug and play classroom lessons.
