Dino Sanchez is a designer working in objects, space, and brand identities.Dino began his career as an industrial designer, eventually leading him to the studio of Ayse Birsel and Bibi Seck. Under their mentorship, he honed his design sensibility and understanding of form.The next phase of his career would see him join the global design firm, frog. There, Dino contextualized his work in the realm of brand, strategy and user experiences. Over 6+ years, he would grow as a design leader, leading the industrial and brand design groups in the New York office. Dino would again expand his expertise, joining the hospitality and interior design firm AvroKO, where he lead and established their brand division, Brand Bureau (brandbureau.com). As Managing Director / Creative Director, Dino grew the studio into a full-service brand agency working in interiors, brand, strategy and hospitality development. Most recently, Dino was the Executive Design Director of Droga5, where he grew the agency's design offering across brand, user experiences and digital. At Droga5, he helmed the rebrand of JPMorgan Chase across all its offerings.In June 2019, Dino formed the visual identity agency Commercial Studio, now a part of Commercial Type (www.commercialtype.com).Under Studio Dino Sanchez, Dino works on the design of objects, furniture, and spaces.
