Triage: - Process/verify Home Loan applications. Analysis of Income Verification, Validation of Other Financial Institution Documents for Debt. Perform compliance checks in regulation with ANZ policies & procedures. Classification of Applications based on their complexities. Contact (Voice call /E-mail) Broker/Mobile Lenders to obtain additional information when required. Coordinate with the assessment team when required to expedite the home loan requests. Handling WIP and ETA calls every day with onshore (Melbourne & Chengdu) pertaining to the expectedvolume inflow.Asset Finance operations: - Process Automobile/Aircraft/ Watercraft/ Other goods. Customer Identification process (KYC). Document Verification (Based on the type of application). Perform compliance checks in regulation with ANZ policies & procedures. Complying/Rejecting approval conditions laid out by the assessors. Process improvement calls with onshore (Melbourne). Publish WIP report. Allocation of day to day requests received.(Responsibilities were almost as same with Triage; however, loan product was different).
