In partnership with First Nations officials, conducted reviews of First Nations audits and facilitated transfer payments to First Nations.

Developing and advancing intergovernmental initiatives in support of Aboriginal and private sector engagement on resource and economic development initiatives.

Coordinated Canada’s Economic Action Plan investments in Ontario and delivered signature provincial investment initiatives in partnership with munipalities and agencies to reduce the infrastructure gaps, expand high speed broadband services in rural and remote areas, and create new economic opportunities for the benefit of Ontario communities. Led professional team to ensure the proper oversight and accountability for over 1,500 infrastructure projects including recreation and cultural facilities; water and wastewater plants; bridges and roads, and health centres based on new partnerships and capacity building measures with municipalities, First Nations and not-for-profit agencies.

Developed and implemented polcies and programs to support the Canada-Ontario Affordable Housing Homeownership and Northern Repair programs reaching over 4,000 low income families. Launched the interest free down payment program for low income renters to purchase a home and worked alongside northern businesses and agencies to build and rehabilate homes in northern Ontario. Colloborated with the Ontario Power Authority and Natural Resource Canada to improve energy consumption in 1,000 affordable homes through the design and implementation of the Affordable Housing Energy Efficiency program.

Advisor to senior officials and Cabinet Committees on the province's capital plans, budgets and special initiatives. Coordinated the Renaissance capital investments in the Greater Toronto Area including public-private partnerships with the arts and culture communities. Led negotiations to conclude the Canada-Ontario Municipal Infrastructure Fund Agreement in partnership with the Association of Municipalities of Toronto, setting benchmark for future infrastructure agreements. Assisted in developing legislative and regulatory frameworks for the transition to competitive electricty energy policy and marketplace.

Liaison representative for the Ontario Securities Commission with the Ministry and Minister of Finance for approvals related to enforcement and compliance initiatives, fee increases for the securities industry, and amendments to the Ontario Securities Act. Other accomplishments included obtaining government approvals to transform the Toronto Stock Exchange from a not-for-profit owned organization to a for-profit shareholder owned corporation, and changes to the investment rules for angel investors to support small and medium sized businesses.
