ISEG Junior Business Consulting is a Junior Enterprise, recently nominated as the Most Promising Junior Enterprise in Portugal, whose core business focuses on management consulting, more specifically in the areas of Finance, Marketing and Strategy, in which its Members apply theoretical knowledge in real cases and projects, thus promoting the development of soft and hard skills essential for their academic and professional paths.As Head Of Marketing, my duties essentially involved:>Leadership and successful management of all digital platforms and communication channels, resulting in an increase of the total Reach by 200% compared to the previous year;>Developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies aligned with the short and long term goals of the organisation;>Definition and monitoring of OKRs and KPIs;>Alignment of marketing strategies with the Commercial Department in order to attract a greater number of customers;>Leadership and management of a team of 15 members of the Marketing Department.>Planning and execution of the communication of a Recruitment;>Review of the Digital Developer Manager position;

As a Junior Associate, I was part of the marketing department of ISEG Junior Business Consulting, in which I focused mainly on working in the strategic part of this Junior Enterprise, which allowed me to have contact with several new concepts and tools that contributed to my growth. I performed tasks such as internal and external communication analysis, competitor analysis, among others.

Magma is a recruitment and talent management agency of the future. It develops Pitch Bootcamp, a world-class career accelerator, which pairs students and recent graduates with amazing professionals, helping students build extraordinary careers.As an ambassador, I had the responsibility to bridge the gap between my campus community and the labour market by promoting opportunities from Magma's partners.

I was a member of the LeapVentures Association, a non-profit organisation that promoted entrepreneurship among university students. I was part of the marketing department, thus being responsible, together with an important team, for planning and creating marketing strategies and carrying out actions to promote the various projects of the association. We also organised an event that promoted the role of women in the entrepreneurial world, with more than 700 participants over 2 days.

Relive is a property measurement startup and aims to evolve globally in the industry it is in.As a Community Builder, I worked in Relive's Sales department, participating in all relevant projects and activities and helping the company achieve its goal of creating innovation in the property industry. In the Sales department, apart from supporting all the activities developed, my main focuses were: > Promoting Relive abroad;> Raising as many leads as possible for the company;> Playing an active role in lead generation;> Integrating a sales team.
