Current- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their seamless onboarding and ongoing engagement with Plum’s products and services.- Proactively identifying customer needs and challenges, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance their experience.- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to streamline processes and advocate for customer interests.- Monitoring key metrics to track customer health and engagement, implementing strategies to boost retention and satisfaction.- Handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently, ensuring a positive and timely resolution for our customers.
