• Established performance-based metrics for start-up coaching program, achieving consistent quality ratings of 3-Star or above during provisional period with each new preschool provider.
• Established historical database for quality rating data, facilitating Research and Evaluation Department’s analysis of quality improvement coaching.

• Responsible for grant writing, grants management, report writing, and oversight of an average of ten graduate students on four projects per academic year.
• Trained and managed graduate students on clinical projects for local communities, preparing the Compton General Plan 2030, Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy plans for the Inland Empire (2008), Pomona Area.
• Developed and facilitated six-month community consensus building process in Redondo Beach, concluding with two alternative visions for the “Heart of the City” specific plan area (2003-04).
• Wrote U.S. Housing and Urban Development grant applications for Community Development Work Study Program, providing full scholarships, internships, and mentoring for twelve graduate students between 2001 and 2007.
