I support the sustainable growth of the Generosity Path on a global scale, through the development and delivery of operational tools, systems and processes. Guided by the Leadership Team, I oversee the day-to-day activities of GP’s core systems and operational processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations globally. I act as the main point of contact for operational support, addressing queries from the Growth and Product & Marketing teams, and ensuring the seamless delivery of the Journey of Generosity (JOG) experience by monitoring and tracking all related processes from start to finish.

The Short Training Coordinator serves the ITL mission by empowering “more people in more places” through the development of shorter training and tools, the empowerment of trainers to facilitate these and the coordination of this strategy; by coordinating and developing the ALICT (African Leadership Institute for Community Transformation) curriculum and various assignments and assessments; and by developing, applying and coordinating the implementation of various tools aimed at the monitoring and evaluation of ALICT and other ITL training and activities, with the goal of continuous learning and growing of strategies and stewardship of our mission and resources.
