My First Time job is in HR Department, then I moved to Grab as a 2W (GrabBike) Partner Engagement in Transport Division which I'm often to gather a Field Data/Resources to gain what was Grab Partner needed of supports. After a Years as a Partner Engagement my position changed to Data Analyst and Events, which I make a Weekly and Monthly Progression and also a Quarter Projects and Events, not only for 2W but also 4W (GrabCar). Then after a years, in 2022 I've been promoted to Team Leader of Partner Engagement. So 3 years in Grab until now I got a lot of experience and skills such as:- Public Speaking- People and Group Management- Lead a Communities- How to Make a Projects or Events for the Communities- Analytical DataAnd so much more that I can't describe one by one. I still want to expand my network, knowledge, experience and open a opportunity in the future.
