Throughout these years of working with education and support in business, I realized that they need something more focused on the development, such as: technical support, staff aptitude, vision of production, among others. Taking this into account, I could build projects for integration and use of the CAD tool, linked to the creation, cost and production of enterprises, thus, the development core of the shoe itself, becomes one where the line builder draws on the 3D tool, the designer makes technical adjustments, gradings, the cutting of the molds, being them in template or in the leather, using machines and equipment. All of these, was implemented with the companies that had the technology and didn’t use it properly.Currently I had the experience of being able to explore the development and samples department, being ahead of decisions as a product manager, with this opportunity I could unite people trained for these functions and create these sectors, I could share the same experience with these industries and quality production as a whole.I am a young professional, dynamic, with plenty of motivation to work and open to change. Excellent at teamworking, sharing knowledge, acquiring new ones, and providing a good job, easy communication and adaptability to new and different work environments,I have experience in the footwear industry with different products and segments, following the entire production from concept to final product. Experience in customer service, and process of creating advertising campaigns in communication agencies.
