As a System Trainer at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, with over six years experience in learning and development, I deliver effective and engaging training sessions for the Disclosure and Barring Service, a government agency that helps employers make safer recruitment decisions. I work with a diverse and dynamic team of trainers, managers, and customer service representatives, and I contribute to the continuous improvement of the training curriculum and materials.I deliver effective and engaging training sessions both onsite and remotely utilising all learning platforms including digital learning. I have over 18 years of experience in customer service, working for QVC and Tata Consultancy Services, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
