October 2016- till now Job Responsibility: Working as Technical Lead to manage client’s IT infrastructure, Providing 24X7 Support customer’s multi domain Active Directory Infrastructure with 14 team members. • Building windows server and server core on physical and Hyper-V VM. • Planning deploying AD sites, Associate DC, Group Policy Object, huge OU structure and DNS Zones.• Managing the domain controller upgradation of OS, hardware. • Troubleshooting hardware health issues of physical and virtual machine, coordinating with hardware vendor to restore service. • Planning migration of functional level, schema, trust, replication, encryption method.• Managing Semperis ADFR/DSR tool to perform AD backup and restore of accidental deletion of objects.• Supporting Obsolete Account tools to cleanup inactive AD objects.• Analyzing logs in Q-radar to get AD objects modification activities.• Monitoring SCOM to get alert with server health and Certificate status.• Basic troubleshooting on V center & SCVMM console to troubleshoot VM and adjust resource allocation.• Supporting VDS application (Optimal IdM) Virtual Identity Service for LDAP application authentication. • Supporting Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) provides a single sign-on solution.• Configure claims-based authentication, integrate Azure and Office 365, register mobile devices etc.• Application registration in Azure for Single Sign-On (SSO) protocol SMAL, Ws-Fed, OAuth 2 and Open ID.• Analyzing windows firewall rules to analyze the issue with network traffic. • Troubleshooting and monitoring replication of AD Object, SYSVOL and AD time synchronization. • Addressing Office deployment and activation issues by following the right behaviors. Case handling for Office 365. Driving the cases with best practices towards resolution.
