Competitive and SWOT Analysis:- My primary job was to analyse the competitive products and find features that could be introduced in MetroLeads, providing a competitive advantage. Through SWOT analysis I was able to find the shortcomings of the product as well as various opportunities for the company. Vertical and Market Fit Analysis:- The opportunities for the product was found through Vertical and Market Fit analysis. Through this analysis, I was able to find 3 verticals which were best suited for expansion of MetroLeads market.Lead Generation and Pre-Sales Activities:- The final task provided to me was to generate leads for the verticals assigned to me along with their primary vertical, Real Estate. Using various methods such as data scraping, cold calling, people search engines – LinkedIn, Facebook etc. I was able to find POCs. Another task given to me was to schedule demos for MetroLeads to take feedback about the same.
