I hold a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from RK University, completed in 2020. My professional journey commenced as a Supervisor at EEP Composite Pvt. Ltd., where I was responsible for overseeing production goals, quality checks, daily production planning, and generating production and quality reports for senior management.Subsequently, I transitioned to a QC Engineer role at a solar plant in Mundra, partnering with Adani as part of Vishakha Group. In this role, I conducted daily machine audits, addressed rejection materials, provided solutions to production issues, and performed a series of tests including mass, width, GSM, thickness, shrinkage, UV, gel, peel bond, and DSC tests. I also managed customer audits, explaining and demonstrating the testing processes.Moving to G M Valve in Rajkot, my position evolved to QC Engineer. Here, I tackled daily production challenges, managed job work issues, minimized rejections, handled customer complaints, and led external audits. I ensured clarity in incoming raw material deviations, managed plant calibration, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency.Currently positioned at Synergy Forge in Rajkot as a QA/QC Engineer, my responsibilities include managing documentation, conducting audits, leading external audits, preparing PPAP documents, handling customer complaints, and continuously improving and maintaining quality documentation systems.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a comprehensive skill set in quality control, production management, problem resolution, customer relations, and process improvement. I am adept at handling diverse responsibilities and contributing to the enhancement of organizational processes.
