Prior to Shashi, Dipesh was Director of Global CRM Solutions at Oracle where he helped several Fortune 100 high-tech companies develop and implement digital transformation strategies. Previously, Dipesh was Director of e-Business at Fleet Boston Financial, now Bank of America, where he was responsible for identifying and evaluating emerging technologies to create new products for transformational growth in the payment and card business. Dipesh started his career in artificial intelligence, data warehousing, and database marketing. Dipesh holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from Lerner Business School.
